PROBLEM

Energy audits still runon spreadsheets, email, and trust.

Lead Assessors carry the figures, the evidence, and the signature — across utility PDFs, sub-meter exports, supplier portals, and a rotating cast of tools that weren't built for the job.

When the regulator or the client comes back six months later with a question, the answer lives in a folder on someone's laptop. The defensibility is there, but it costs hours every time someone needs it.

Phase 4 doesn't change that. It just doubles the volume.

WHAT TADASH DOES

An immutable recordof every audit you sign.

Tadash makes every audit defensible by default. Every figure, every signature, every revision — recorded, attributed, retrievable.

PRECISION

Numbers are right. Records are exact.

Tadash treats every figure as an instrument reading, not an estimate. Source documents, calculations, and outputs all reconcile.

INTEGRITY

Audits are immutable. Signatures carry weight.

Once a figure is verified, it stays verified. Once an audit is signed, it stays signed. Revisions are revisions, not silent edits.

CLARITY

Plain language. Obvious structure.

An ESOS Lead Assessor should open Tadash and know where they are. The audit's structure mirrors the work; nothing has to be learned twice.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps from kickoffto delivery.

The audit lifecycle in Tadash. Set up, gather, sign, submit.

STEP 01

Set up the audit.

Define the audit period, the qualifying organisation, and the sites in scope. Tadash structures the record before any data goes in — so every figure has a place to land and a signature path it has to follow.

STEP 02

Gather evidence.

Upload utility bills, sub-meter exports, and supplier statements. Tadash links every figure to its source document with a timestamp, a hash, and an attribution. Verified evidence stays verified.

STEP 03

Sign off.

Review the calculations, then sign. Your formal credentials and the timestamp are part of the record — not in a separate ledger somewhere. Once signed, it's immutable.

STEP 04

Submit and deliver.

Submit to the regulator. Deliver the report to the client. Tadash keeps the audit live for the period of retention — so when a question comes back six months later, the answer is one click away.
